Dimo Simeonov, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, has held various technical and management positions with Haemimont since joining it eight years ago. Dimo's early success as a Developer and Project Manager resulted in his being asked to organize Haemimont's first team of Java experts, which propelled the Company to become a leading supplier of software to schools, universities, and publishers worldwide. Since then, he has played a key role in defining and implementing a strategy for Haemimont's evolution into a full service enterprise software development company. In addition to his management responsibilities, Dimo works with clients on project definition and product design. Kalina Nikolova, PMP, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, is the Company's senior account and project manager. During her nine years with Haemimont, she has been responsible for managing all aspects of many of the Company's most complex and demanding custom software development projects, including schedule, production, and budget control. Kalina has a deep knowledge and understanding of the Internet industry and e-commerce and Web site development. She holds a masters degree in Computer Science and Technologies from the Technical University of Sofia, and is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
